Halloween Fun at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA

I decided to take a little trip to Disneyland since my pass was unblocked for the day. I had checked the weather report for Anaheim before we left, and it was to be 97 degrees....DANG! I thought that I was dressed appropriately for the heat (with a lightweight shirt dress), but to my unpleasant surprise...I could not handle the heat whatsoever. I only lasted about an hour at Disneyland, but found myself at Big Thunder Ranch where you can usually go to pet goats and reindeer depending on the season, as well as meet characters. There's also a yummy BBQ restaurant inside the ranch; I got to experience coloring with Disney character Jesse, petting dressed-up goats, and riding Thunder Mountain during my short trip to Disneyland. After finishing up coloring the bat cut out, I got Woody and Jesse to sign the back! It was fun to see the different disney themed jack--o-lanterns as well to get into the Halloween mood.
