Newbridge Nurseries Garden Centre - Broadbridge Heath, Horsham

I’ve been to garden centres while previously visiting England, but this trip I was absolutely fascinated and wanted to visit as many as possible. Maybe I was more keen on it because I spent more time actually shopping around as well as grabbing a coffee in the cafe. Our “garden centers” at home in Orange County typically just have the gardening/landscaping essentials, not at the scale of English garden centres where there’s houseware, clothing, and cafes/eateries. You could literally spend a day there. This trip to England, I visited Newbridge Nurseries Garden Centre (a Blue Diamond Garden Centre) in Broadbridge Heath, Horsham. Scott’s great uncle needed some new flowers and other garden supplies, so we all did the trip to pick up what he needed and help him load/unload. We of course did not leave without a cuppa and something sweet from their cafe, Stooks Café. There’s also Origins Pâtisserie & Prose which has a variety of delectable pastries and even offers an afternoon tea. We came back a second time as well, but it was raining that day so a different vibe - but nevertheless needed to finish our visit with a cuppa and cake!
