Bagel and Mimosa Bar for Home Breakfast or Brunch Entertaining

Looking for an easy and fun way to entertain at home during breakfast or brunch? What about a bagel bar?! Genius!! My friend Michelle was having us all over since some high school friends were in town that we hadn’t seen in a long time, so she put together this bagel and mimosa bar. The bagel bar spread that she put together was 💯! I feel like serving this is much easier than cooking various breakfast/brunch dishes when entertaining cause you pick your bagel and top it with what you want! 🥯🥯🥯

Looking to create your own? Prep your bagel board with:
Smoked salmon
Capers + Lemons
Sliced Veggies, Tomato + Avo
Soft - hard boiled sliced eggs
Serve with a selection of cream cheeses + bagels

Add a mimosa bar with champagne or Prosecco + juice options on ice. Also have the option to add berries/fruit for a fun and colorful touch! I brought an ice bucket/beverage tub, but it was only big enough for 2 bottles. So I wish I would have had something that was double the size because we had 2 bottles of champagnes and 2 juice options.
