Habuya Okinawan Dining in Tustin CA

My brother suggested we try Izakaya Habuya Okinawan Dining in Tustin - we typically go to Honda-Ya down the street, so I was excited to try a new place with him and Scott. The restaurant is small, so you’ll want to try to get a reservation beforehand or do like we did and get to the restaurant before opening and hop in right when they open to be seated.

We had visited right before our trip to Japan, so I was super excited to be enjoying a taste of Japan before our trip. We had Orion beer of course 🍻, Sausage & Shishito, 3 Kinds of Sashimi, Chicken Karaage, Pork Katsu Curry and Okinawan Sea Salt Ramen. All delicious eats (comparable pricing to places like Honda-Ya), the staff was attentive and we loved how festive the restaurant was decorated for Christmas, but also the overall izakaya ambiance.
