The Noodle Den in Sahara Las Vegas

The Noodle Den at the Sahara Las Vegas hotel came in clutch with Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) and hand pulled noodles 🤤 it really hit the spot 👌🏼

After a day on the exhibit floor for a trade, my co-workers and I walked to the Sahara from the Las Vegas Convention center. It was was about a 20-30 minute wait on a Thursday evening around 5:30pm. We just hung around the slot machines to kill some time. When it came time to order, I was a little disappointed that there was not a bar available (so only a select amount of canned/bottled alcoholic beverages are available - but that’s okay, it’s not a deal breaker for me). We ended up ordering the Shanghai Xiao Long Bao (南翔小笼汤包) Chicken & Eggplant in Garlic Sauce (鱼香茄子鸡) and Taiwan Beef Brisket Hand Pulled Noodle Soup (台湾红烧牛腩拉麵).

Flavors are good all around, brisket pieces were tender but also some pieces were on the fattier side but loved the texture of the noodles and soup dumplings. Definitely suggest family style for most of the dishes.
