Celebrating 10 Years of Blogging
This post is better late than never. This past May marked 10 years for my blog and whatever I’ve been doing for the past decade 🤪
Thank you for all the genuine connections that were made, and the incredible amount of opportunities! I’ve had so much personal and professional growth, and am so grateful for everyone’s support throughout this journey. (Kudos if you’ve been around since the OG FFF days)
Things do seem to be slowing down these days and I’m okay with that, I celebrated by starting 2 businesses this year: @hammondhaus + @moonandmonstera (which is actually coming soon, have had a couple setbacks, hopefully will be launching in the next 2 weeks) which I work on when I can alongside my F/T job. Never a dull moment I’ll tell ya that!
I wish I had something much more insightful to say but, I don’t. It’s been a long road and to be honest I’ve been burnt out these days. So who knows how much longer I will sustain this, but I haven’t felt the pressures and shallowness that I felt during the heyday of blogging/influencing (ugh can’t handle that word lol). So there’s that! I guess cheers to another 10 years or wherever this takes me for however long 🍾🎉 🔟🥂🍰
