Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse Now Open at Irvine Spectrum
World renown Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão has expanded its Southern California market with its first Orange County location at the Irvine Spectrum Center. Last Thursday, I had the honor of attending the ribbon cutting and getting a first look and dining experience at this Irvine location that grand opened this week on Monday October 14th. During my visit, dinner guests are treated to a Feijoada Bar (stew) and the Market Table filled with specialty and seasonal salads and dishes, antipasti, charcuterie and fresh fruits and veggies to accompany the churrasco - fire-roasted seasoned meats like picanha sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, and lamb & pork chops, that are sliced off huge skewers and served table side by roving waiters. There are various seafood options too. I couldn’t capture the true, tasty essence of it all in my video and photos, so you’ll have to head into the restaurant to experience it for yourself! Fogo de Chão has weekend brunch, lunch, dinner and a happy hour!
Fogo de Chão's first restaurant in Orange County is located in the heart of Irvine Spectrum Center, a premier shopping, dining and lifestyle destination in Southern California. Upon entering the restaurant, guests have a panoramic view of the dining room featuring an open kitchen window to showcase our gaucho chefs at the churrasqueria grill. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Irvine location also features a contemporary bar with lounge seating and California design influence, elegant private dining room and expansive patio with al fresco dining options.
