A Visit to AOSA Coffee in Huntington Beach, CA

While planning a catch up date with my friend Dana, she suggested visiting AOSA Coffee in Huntington Beach. I met her there on a Sunday morning and there wasn't a wait but the coffee shop was somewhat filled. She ordered a kombucha (on tap) and I, a matcha latte; we then split an acai bowl and seasonal avocado toast (they do have the usual avo toast topped with cherry tomatoes). Dana was raving about the avo toast so we had to have some. One may think that strawberries and avocado are a strange combo, but the balsamic drizzle tied it all together. The acai bowl was delicious of course and refreshing - check out the entire menu here. This is a great place in Huntington Beach that isn't crazy busy and crowded, to stop in for a coffee or small bite and sometimes AOSA Coffee hosts events such as live music nights. AOSA is located in what looks like a new, up and coming shopping center and has a casual California cool vibe with an artsy influence, the staff is friendly and it's a nice place to spend a few hours at or for a quick stop.
