Spring Wedding Attire for a Temecula Wedding

I just got back from a Ponte Winery wedding weekend in Temecula and wanted to share my attire for the ceremony and reception. I was leaning towards floral print or a pastel colored dress to wear for the wedding and found this simple button front maxi dress from Forever 21.
I've been drawn to the sage green color and thought it was a nice light, subdued hue to wear for a wedding under the sun (it was quite hot over the weekend). When I'm looking for a last minute dress, I always check out Forever 21, although the selection can be overwhelming, I usually have the stamina to search through the clothing racks because I'm on a mission.
I actually found this dress by itself and hidden amongst a 'go-back' rack. I thought it looked dressy enough for a day time winery wedding and with my makeup and hair I could glam it up a tad for an easy transition to the nighttime reception. To create a more formal look with a dress style like this, you can wear drop or chandelier earrings, or stack bracelets and bangles.
For the neckline of this dress in particular, I didn't want to wear a bold necklace as it would take away from the ruffled neckline and buttons of the dress, so I layered two dainty pieces from Marrin Costello's jewelry line, the Anchor Choker and Melrose Layers. Marrin Costello has on-trend and timeless jewelry that is a perfect addition to any wedding attire look from beach boho to black tie formal. Her pieces can be worn alone for a simplistic look or layered up for a flashier look. See her jewelry featured in other posts here, shop her entire collection here as well as  Sage Dresses from Forever 21.
