Transitioning from Fall to Winter with Faux Shearling

I've been getting more into the Autumn mood with my wardrobe styling by trying new colors like this golden yellow sweater and purple clutch. I typically don't wear the color yellow, especially this golden shade, but I've been really drawn to this color, and others such as purple, green and shades of pinks - I'm not known for having a monochromatic wardrobe, but I must admit that my day to day style usually ranges between the colors of black, white and grey. To give a cozier effect to this look, and aid in transitioning into Winter, I threw a faux shearling coat over my shoulders and paired it with a matching pair of camel brown booties. When it does actually get chillier during the day, I can swap out this black denim skirt for a pair of black denim jeans. Shop this look below:
