The Loop Handcrafted Churros in Westminster, CA

The classic churro has been reinvented into a churro loop at The Loop Handcrafted Churros, which opened this month in the heart of Orange County's Little Saigon district in Westminster, CA. This is not just a plain ol' churro, guests have the option to select their churro dipped, glazed or chilled. I chose the chilled option and enjoyed my churro in a cup of soft serve, strawberry syrup and cheese bites; the churro-take on a strawberry cheesecake. I also enjoyed a refreshing jasmine ice tea which I took home with me in a special souvenir bottle. I was really looking forward to trying the thai iced tea, but they had unfortunately run out. Other menu items that caught my eye include the matcha crunch (match glaze with fruity pebbles) and cookies and cream (white chocolate glaze with crushed oreos) dipped churros.
