Oxygenetix Foundation Review
I've been using Oxygenetix's Foundation Makeup for the past couple of weeks, and I love it! Fortunately, I don't have as acne yielding, sensitive teenage skin like I used to in high school because this foundation is great for sensitive skin (it's hypoallergenic); but I am still selective on the foundation and make up I put on my face, although a majority of the make up I have tested or tried has not given me any kind of negative skin reaction.
I decided to try Oxygenetix's Foundation because it is advertised to be a breathable foundation that heals while it conceals (you don't need to apply concealer underneath) and allows the skin to breathe. SPF 25 will help protect against harsh rays, and since this product is sweat-proof & water-proof, you won't need to worry about reapplying throughout the day.
Throughout the two weeks, I wore Oxygenetix with and without concealer and also in hot, humid, and mild weather conditions. I liked that the foundation had full coverage and was light on my face. Went I put it to the true test is 90+ degree weather the foundation was able to withstand the heat and lasted from morning to evening. I wore this foundation when out on the water paddle boarding and it also withstood the water element. I also found out that the foundation does indeed protect against the sun rays because as the rest of my body was darkening (oops, forgot to apply sunscreen), my face was not. Note to self, apply sunscreen before leaving the house...period. I am able to wear the foundation by itself or with powder applied on top. The shade that I used is Almond and I love using this foundation.
