Wearing a Sparkly Sequin Evening Gown for NYE

I enjoy seeing and wearing the juxtaposition of glamorous, sequined items with more casual pieces like this felt hat from Cotton On. I just need a faux leather jacket and I could totally rock this all-over silver sequined Thai Nguyen Collections gown all around town. It's stunning, and I felt absolutely ravishing in it; I need to find some black tie event to go to for NYE! What are your plans for celebrating the new year....dang 2014 already?!
