Trying Aloha Stacks in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

I had no idea until this weekend, that Aloha Stacks had arrived in Rancho Santa Margarita. I typically go to their sister restaurant, Stacks Pancake House location in Mission Viejo (there’s also an Aloha Stacks in another Mission Viejo location). 😍 But I definitely gotta come back for an actual pancake stack 🥞 I wish there was more seating inside, but we were able to find a table outside and it wasn’t too hot of a day out. Scott got the loco moco, and I got the ube latte and garden omelette.

The ube latte was tasty, and not too overly sweet. The portions here are always really large (large for me, I have a small stomach and typically order kids portions), I could definitely split a meal with someone, but Scott can devour his own meal - so we couldn’t split this time around. I can’t really go wrong with an omelette, and in general, Aloha Stacks never fails!
