Irvine Spectrum Center - Lunar New Year - Year of the Dragon Recap 2024

I’m excited to share a recap of Lunar New Year celebrations at the Irvine Spectrum Center this year! Every year, festivities get better and better - and this year the center spared no detail or entertainment to celebrate the year of the dragon. There seemed to be even more performances and demonstrations at the Giant Wheel Lawn, there was an incredible Wooden Dragon display and a mocktail bar with signature beverages!

Scott, my mom and Lucky accompanied me to enjoy the celebrations, and we had a blast! Scott, Lucky and I even dressed up in traditional Vietnamese and Chinese garments. I literally lose my sh*t whenever I see lion dances, and this year also saw dragon dances. There was a lot happening around the center including fun activities for the kids like face painting, balloon twister and more!
