England UK Travel Vlog 2021 - Days 2-4
I finally got around to another travel vlog/recap from my trip to England this past November 2021. This vlog is extra special since it includes us surprising Scott’s grandmother who we haven’t seen since our wedding in 2019. Lots of family and friend filled days for days 2-4 of our trip.
Day 2
-Stopped by Worthing Town Centre to get local currency, drop off an item as the post office and grab a cup of coffee (not all shown)
- Visited Scott's grandmother with a family friend to help usher in the surprise
-All go out to the North Star pub for lunch (not shown) and Scott's uncle Adrian joined us as well, was a really special reunion with us all
-Fish n Chips for dinner with Uncle Paul and Aunty Helen
Day 3
- We met up with our friend Damon and his son Aubrey (who we were getting to meet for the first time) in Littlehampton. We walked along the seafront over to a new cafe, The Beach Littlehampton. Then post breakfast walk and play in the park
-I forget what we did in the middle before dinner, most likely running errands and taking a nap lol
-Dinner with Uncle Paul and Aunty Helen at Ashoka Tandoori in Hove (www.ashoka-restaurant.co.uk) we come here every time we are in town
Day 4
-Headed to QLeisure a place in Brighton that offers a variety of outdoor activities, one of them being go karting. Scott went karting with his Uncle Paul, I was originally supposed to join, but the anxiety kicked in for me. This wasn't a Boomers go kart type situation and there were alot of pro looking drivers, so I enjoyed a coffee in their cafe. We unfortunately couldn't get a refund for my ticket but received another coffee to enjoy.
-Lunch at The White Hart pub in Henfield, we've come here a couple times with the whole family, it was nice to be back - it's always a very charming and quaint spot
-Pretty sure we vegged out back in the hotel room after this haha
We felt lucky to be able to enjoy the small things like seeing each other and having lunch or dinner after all this time. Stay turned for our last few days on the Southern Coast as we move from our hotel in Bramber over to Brighton Marina.
