Free Covid-19 Rapid Test Kits Available from Covidtests.gov
Finally, we can receive free rapid tests provided by the government, although families/households more than 4 people will be sh*t out of luck as each household/mailing address is allotted only 1 set of 4 rapid antigen test kits. Meanwhile, the UK’s NHS has been distributing test kits that have 7 tests in 1 kit, and you can easily get them hassle-free from the pharmacy.
Well, it’s better than nothing and I’m a huge advocate for self testing if you’re going to be gathering or plan to see someone that is immunocompromised (which both Scott and I have immediate family members that are) - especially with cases on the rise. This is also especially important if one could have been exposed and is asymptomatic as you wouldn’t want to get someone else sick when you could have avoided it. Information on test kits here, and order your kits here.
