How to Style a Neutral Holiday Outfit

I used to think I needed themed clothing and sparkling items or a new dress for every event, now I’m doing my best to re-style items in my closet and keep a majority of my wardrobe filled with clothing that can be styled time and time again no matter the occasion. I do love a good holiday/Christmas sweatshirt, but will literally only wear it once, so for this Christmas this year I styled an outfit that paired well with a festive, red lip (for my nod to Christmas). I was gifted the sweater from my mom for Christmas, but it is an item I can re-wear many times. It actually is a cardigan with two front pockets, so I can find many other ways to wear it, for this look in particular I kept the cardigan buttoned and stuffed it into a pair of high-waisted trousers.
