Time seems to be moving very quickly lately, I'm seeing many back-to-school commercials and fall/halloween decor all over the shelves in stores when it feels like summer just started yesterday. This look was worn sometime during the middle of summer, but I wanted to share it because the statement palm print shorts are on sale, and the shorts paired with the bell sleeved top is just too cute not to post!
