Sleekhair at 2016 Stylecon Recap
Sleekhair just shared a recap of Stylecon 2016 on their blog and I wanted to share more images and the awesome video they put together! Stylecon, OC's first and biggest beauty and fashion event held at OC Fair's Hangar brought together 1700 attendees of all ages and included enthusiasts, influencers, and more! Sleekhair had a amazing 5000 square foot beauty wonderland; the space was filled with various beauty bars like faux lash and lip color application and a mani station, many of Sleekhair's beauty and hair care brands were available for purchase and our good friends at zeroUV had a showroom space set up to allow guests to try on and purchase sunglasses as well as snap photos at their photobooth. In between programming and shopping, there was a lounge area for VIP influencers to rest or mingle with others. One of my favorite demos was a unicorn makeup transformation created by makeup artist Siouxzen Reyes!
Aside from getting to experience Sleekhair's space, I had the pleasure of being apart of one of their beauty panels along with panelists Jen of Jen Hayden, Christina from Sleekhair, Breanna of Beauty Store Business Magazine, Joan the COO of Sleekhair and moderated by Alyssa of Alyssa Lynn Denny (formerly Living in Style OC). Jen and I spoke about Asian beauty and skincare trends and products that were becoming popular in the states (since we had just come back from visiting Korea and were so fully immersed in k beauty and skincare).
Don't fret if you didn't get to attend this year, Stylecon will be back for 2017! As well, Sleekhair has an Orange County showroom that you can visit and shop!
