Infuse Vodkas at Del Frisco's Grille in Irvine
Last Friday evening, a group of OC social influencers and I joined Alyssa and Infuse Vodkas at Del Frisco'sGrille in Irvine for a night of curated cocktails and food pairings. Each drink and dish was distinct in taste and so delicious. See each pairing below! The menu was executed by Executive Chef Sarah Daniels and mixologists Christopher Daza and Steven Moralez. Both the chef and mixologists took us through each pairing and the best part was tasting of course! My favorites included the peach tea lemonade and the cinnamon apple sangria, but my all-time fave was the chili pepper pineapple cocktail. Out of the dishes, the pork belly tacos and nutella bread pudding were on point.
