Neutrogena's CoolDry Sport Sunscreen Test with Landon Donovan & Julie Bowen

Happy June! I was ecstatic when Neutrogena asked me to join their ambassadors Julie Bowen and Landon Donovan at the stubhub center to product test their new Cooldry Sport sunscreen. I along with the other media guests enjoyed lunch while being introduced to different wearable technologies on the market or coming to the market; as well as the basics of the Cooldry Sport sunscreen and how it is considered wearable technology.

Neutrogena R&D Menas Kizoulis explained that the new NEUTROGENA(r) CoolDry Sport Sunscreen collection features Micromesh(tm) Technology that stays in place, even during rigorous exercise and provides breathable protection so sweat can evaporate off of skin without compromising the SPF, allowing you to run that extra mile or swim that extra lap.

I have always been an avid user of Neutrogena's sunscreens especially their Ultra Sheer collection, and what I liked most about the new CoolDry Sport collection is that it doesn't feel greasy, sticky or thick in texture while applying or wearing whether it is a lotion or spray. As well, this sunscreen features a unisex scent which is light and fresh, and I love it!

The sunscreen spray is easy to use and features a nozzle that you can twist to close or open so you don't have accidental spraying in your bag. The lotion features a slimmer bottle which makes it easy to transport and store. I product tested both the spray and lotion when warming up and practicing soccer drills with Landon, and both fared well against the physical activities, so much so that it didn't even feel like I was wearing sunscreen. I also felt and looked like I didn't sweat that much (let me tell you running around the stadium made me feel like I was sweating up a storm), and that is because the sunscreen's Micromesh(tm) Technology allows for my sweat to quickly evaporate off of my skin just like athletic wear that has moisture wicking properties.
