Skull Candy 'Knockout' Headphones in Robin
I don't usually use earbuds/phones or headphones, so I was stoked to receive and get to try out Skull Candy's Knockout headphones in the color Robin. I've always wanted a pair of full sized headphones without looking like I was a DJ or that into music.
What I like about Skull Candy's Knockout style are the more fashion-forward touches like the prints and details and quality fabrication; my headphones in particular have a subtle geometric print, and gold and purple accents; and it comes with a matching wristlet pouch. The headphones are easily adjustable to fit my head, comfortable, and emits fantastic sound; I love it for home, while I'm working (most recently took them out for a spin at the local coffee shop), lounging at the beach/pool, or for travel.
And when I'm finished using them, I can detach the cable from the headphones, which then allows the headphones to seamlessly fold into itself to be able to easily store in the pouch. The cable itself has an in-line mic and remote for a 'lady-on-the-go' like myself so that I'm able to easily access my phone features to make/take calls, change the track or like Skull Candy puts it 'pal out with Siri'. The pouch even has a slot to place the headphone cable inside of it. Although, when I'm at home, I like to keep the headphones on display, hanging from the corner of a picture frame, because it perfectly complements the color story of my room.
