Behind the Scenes: Melissa Leonette's East to West Music Video (Opening & Dance Scene at the Jesus Statue)

Happy Weekend! The second scene of Melissa Leonette's 'East to West' Music Video involved hula hoop performing by Melissa and her dancers as well as a choreographed dance scene. We also shot the opening scene with just Melissa singing on this massive rock pile in front of the even more massive giant 75 ft tall Jesus statue (Christ of the Sacred Heart) that overlooks the Rosarito, MX coastline. It felt like we were on top of the world at this spot; Melissa, Lisa & Kelsie performed under this dome that sat beneath the Jesus statue, and while the sun set so the entire set was PHE-NOMENAL. It was super cool to see the Jesus statue up on top of the hill from our resort, then drive up to get to it (even though it was a bit of a mission to get there trying to figure out which roads led to the statue).
