Musical Festival Fashion at Splash House Palm Springs

I LOVE seeing how music festival attendees style their outfits for days filled with sunshine, music, and good vibes. Splash House guests showed off their poolside style with stand out sunglasses, unique cover ups, retro and sporty elements,  platform sandals, and frayed cut-off shorts. See the awesome desert/day club/pool party fashions below and read more on my Splash House recap here! What's your fave festival/desert fashion?!
My eyes were instantly drawn to Simone's mint, green, and gold embroidered tunic-like maxi dress which she later told me was an Indian Saree she had found thrift shopping and had transformed. It was so stunning against the desert and pool backdrop. Of course, her look was not complete without retro-inspired round, chevron sunnies; black and white bikini and platform wedges. I also couldn't stop ogling over her beautiful, gold statement necklace. Evelyn was majorly working these awesome, vibrantly printed high-waisted shorts which she seamlessly styled with a black mesh top, reflective sunnies, and black platform sandals. These ladies all rocked the cut-off, frayed, or destroyed denim shorts with a cute crop or bikini top; and pulled together with brown shades of heels, wedges, and sandals. MEOW. Kenzie was looking femme fatale with her bustier-like bathing suit. Loving the feline touch with lace kitty ears headband AND her two tone round sunglasses. Poolside chillin' is at it's best with these two lovely ladies and their chic, easy-breezey style. Theresa is rockin' a panama-like hat, flirty shorts, and platform sandals; and Meli in classic aviator sunnies, and tropical floral print shirt!So....I kinda have a small obsession with embellished sunglasses, and these black 'baroque'-style lined with rosettes sunglasses (left) are EVERYTHING. It's a statement piece without being over the top; and perfectly complements the black/silver shimmer crochet-like dress and colorful printed/fringe bag. Reflective sunglasses (right) are all the rage, get them in every color or go simple with silver lenses. The sporty look is elevated to a fashionable level with this one piece mesh panel swimsuit with a long, sheer button down cover up and trainers! See.....trainers are SO in right now!
