For my second hotel restaurant stop for my
Irvine Restaurant Week coverage, I experienced the DoubleTree by Hilton Irvine Spectrum's
90 Pacifica through the culinary creations of executive chef Shannon Olvera! Each dish had it's own unique flavor and plating, but my favorites were the Vine Ripened Tomato & Herb Buratta Salad and Wok 'Fired' Stir Fry; check out the entire
Lunch/Dinner menu here ($32/Person). So warm and inviting with excellent service and exciting food, this hotel restaurant is definitely a gem in corporate Irvine, and so close to the Irvine Spectrum!
