Eating at Cafe Beau Soleil (Fashion Island) in Newport Beach, CA

During past shopping excursions at Fashion Island, I've always walk by Cafe Beau Soleil, a french eatery that is joined together with American Rag Cie. The other day, a friend and I were looking for good and affordable food, so I'm glad we came here. For $30 we got an Iced Tea, Salmon Croissant, and Blackened Turkey Burger. The Salmon Croissant was absolutely heavenly with every bite; a buttery, flakiness engulfing smoked salmon, capers, red onions, tomato slices, and dill cream cheese....YUM! Although the waiter could have attended to us more, maybe he was off put by my photo taking during my meal, I enjoyed the experience--it almost seemed as if I was at an authentic French Cafe; most of the waiters spoke with a French accent and I enjoyed seeing people sip on over sized cappuccinos on their outside patios with their dogs laying at their feet. Coming back for Crepes!
