Alexis Monsanto Spring/Summer 13 at Style Fashion Week

Alexis Monsanto at the Style Fashion Week Final Night was anything short of an average runway show. Ribbon dancers kicked off the show, followed by the first three models coming out at once, posing, then walking one at a time down the runway. The rest of the models followed in fun and flirty to fabulously glam dresses, gowns, jump suits, blouses and bottoms, and sophisticated men's suits intermixed. The show ended with stunning Grecian-like gowns; flow-y fabrics, fluttery sleeves, draping, pleating, and some with lavish embellishments. I loved the awe-striking color palette and bold floral prints, as well as the contrast with simple pieces and intricately detailed pieces. The Finale piece really ended the show with a bang, you'll have the scroll to the bottom to see it for yourself! Quite the show to start off my night!
