Baby's Gender Reveal Party!

{Are they having a baby boy or girl?}

Angel Li was the first out of our group of girlfriends to get married, and now she's the first to be expecting a baby(besides our friend Ariel and her daughter Harper)! She was approaching her 5 month mark, just around the time that you can find out the gender of the baby; when she decided that she wanted her friends and family to find out the gender with her and her husband through a Baby's Gender Reveal Party!

So, when she went in for her 5-month sonogram, she had the doctor print out the gender results and seal it in an envelope. She then took the envelope and brought it to a bakery and they made the cake with the frosting inside either blue for a boy or pink for a girl...we wouldn't find out until the Angel and her husband cut into the cake!

FINALLY, the day of the party arrived, some guests showed up wearing blue or pink, and definitely everyone displayed emotions of GREAT anticipation! Guests got to wait their anticipation out by munching on finger foods, writing down baby name suggestions, or catching up with one another. I was able to record some of the cake cutting, but my camera unfortunately stopped recording right as the excited couple yelled the baby's gender!
