4. Classic Oatmeal Cookie with Coconut and Chocolate Chips

This divine pairing of coconut and chocolate makes these oatmeal cookies irresistible. You can make the oatmeal cookies without the extra add ins or switch out the coconut and chocolate chips for raisins and nuts, cranberries and white chocolate, carrot cake, or pumpkin; the list goes on and on. But these classic oatmeal cookies with coconut and chocolate chips are my favorite! RECIPE HERE.

5. Raspberry White Chocolate Chip Cookie

This cookie always reminds me of summer. It’s light and fluffy with a punch of tartness. This cookie is not for the faint of heart. It takes a little more of an artistic hand to keep the raspberry jam from not turning your whole cookie the rich, berry color of the fruit, but that is what takes this cookie from a baked good to a piece of art. RECIPE HERE.
